Choosing Lunapads
Now that you've decided that natural menstrual products are worth a try, how do you know which ones are right for you? We have created the following charts and suggestions to help you decide.

Don't be afraid to try just 1 or 2 products to see how they work for you; then build your collection from there.
Instead of tampons: if you are currently a dedicated tampon user, try some Sea Pearls or a DivaCup.
Instead of pads: if you wear pads, try Lunapads or Lunapanties. Comfortable and stylish and available in a variety of styles and sizes to suit your needs every day of the month!
Pregnant and post-partum: Pantyliners and Lunapanties are ideal while pregnant. For post partum, stock up on Maxi Pads and Long Pads and extra Luna Liners. The Deluxe Kit is a great value and Deluxe Lunapanties are comfortable for tender perineums.

Adjusting absorbency to your flow with Luna Liners
Luna Liners allow you to customize the absorbency of your Lunapads or Deluxe Lunapanties. By choosing from 4 different styles (mini, maxi, long and wing) and/or layering them, you can find the perfect degree of protection to meet your needs. For example, using both a maxi and mini liner with a Lunapads long or maxi pad (or Deluxe Lunapanty) for heavy flow, using mini liners with deluxe mini pads for light flow, or using wing liners with Deluxe Lunapanties for added lateral coverage for average flow, to name just a few possibilities.

If you are a pad user Lunapads and Lunapanties are for you! You will find them to be far more comfortable and softer than disposable pads. Lunapads are washable pads made with a unique combination of soft & absorbent 100% cotton fabrics. Lunapads also have a thin breathable nylon lining to help prevent soaking through, and are available in 3 different protection levels — mini, maxi and long, combined in a variety of kits (see chart). 
Lunapanties are organic cotton underwear with a cotton fleece panel sewn permanently into the gusset, making them a perfect replacement for disposable pantyliners. Great for everyday use, on light days, or as backup protection with the DivaCup or Sea Sponges, they are practical and comfortable.
